Management involves setting goals and allocating scarce resources to achieve them. The HRM process consists of planning, attracting, developing, and retaining the employees of an organization.

How human resource is an organized and the contribution in human resource staff make in their company. Human Resource Management is the function within an organization that focuses on recruitment, management, and the direction of the people in the organization.

Training is about knowing where you are in the present and after some time where will you reach with your abilities. The main work of training and development is develop skill and personality. Training is a short term process. It refers to instruction in technical and mechanical problems. Development is any learning activity, which is directed towards future needs rather than present needs. Development is a long term educational process. It refers to philosophical and theoretical educational concepts.

Recruitment and Selection

Selection is the process of picking the right candidates for a vacant job position in an organization. Recruitment is the process of identifying and making the potential candidates to apply for the jobs. Selection is an important part because it helps to increase the performance of the organization. It helps to minimize losses and maximize the profit. Many of recruitment agency helps to provide the jobs.

HR Planning is the process of identifying and availability of human resources. It helps the organization to meet its objective. As well as it increase the productivity of an organization. The main factor of HR is strategic planning. It is the determination of organizations goal and how they are to be achieved. In this section HR only focus on requirement and availability.
